Miracle Mile Holiday Parade Application Thank you for your interest in participating in the Miracle Mile Holiday Parade! Please complete all required fields below. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the parade. Applications are reviewed by the Parade Committee, and accepted participants will be notified by email in 1-2 weeks. Before completing the application, please read the Participant Handbook.

EVENT FEES

1. Commercial or Professional Business: $350.00
2. Government Agencies: $350.00
3. Individual or Family (Non-Business): $250.00 No commercial or professional representation or signage allowed with this entry type.
4. Non-Profit Entity: $200.00. Any school, church, civic organization, or 501(c)(3) entity.

*Early Registration Discount of $50.00 ends September 1, 2026.

Background

The Miracle Mile is located in San Joaquin County in the City of Stockton on Pacific Avenue from Alpine Avenue to Harding Way and Harding Way from El Dorado Street to Lincoln Street. The Miracle Mile is known for being a pedestrian-friendly shopping district with a wide variety of specialty shops and services.

In 2022, Assembly Bill 179 granted $20,000,000 to the City of Stockton for pedestrian crossing upgrades, public safety improvements, and revitalization of the Miracle Mile.

An Ad Hoc Workgroup comprised of members of the community provided recommendations in a Conceptual Design Report to the City of Stockton on how to best achieve these safety and revitalization goals. The Conceptual Design Report can be accessed using the following link:

Miracle Mile Improvement Project Conceptual Design Report

On November 19, 2024, City Council approved the List of Pre-Qualified Consulting Firms. There are seven Consulting Firms on this list who are qualified to provide professional design services for this project. On November 26, 2024, the City advertised the Request for Proposals (RFP) for only these seven firms to submit a proposal.
