Holiday Sip & Shop Event Registration

Event Details:

  • Date: December 7
  • Time: 12 PM to 5 PM
  • Special Activities:
  • 2 PM - 5 PM: Pictures with Santa at Puffy's Mercantile Thrift
  • 12: Cookie Decorating at Mr. Otto's Bookstore
  • 4 PM - 5 PM: Christmas Carolers and/or DJ
  • 5 PM: Annual Tree Lighting at Tuxedo Court
  • Holiday Window Decorating Contest


Participation Options:

  • Wine Stop: Provide complimentary wine, champagne, beer, or festive libations, or partner with a local winery to pour.
  • Non-Alcoholic Participation: Offer punch, hot cider, or light appetizers.
  • Restaurant Specials: Provide an offer for Sip & Shop participants, which will be included on the event map and promoted on social media.

Important Guidelines:

  • If serving alcohol, ensure customers do not leave your business with any alcoholic beverages.
  • If participating in the Window Decorating Contest, have your windows ready!
  • Event maps and information will be provided to all participants in advance.


Important Deadlines:

  • NOW: Sign up as a Wine Stop, Open House, or Restaurant Special.
  • November 23: Last day for inclusion on the printed event map and to share any specials for the day.
  • December 7: Let the holiday season begin!
