About The MMCID

The Miracle Mile Community Improvement District (MMCID) was formed in 2023 as a non-profit 501(c)3 organization to improve the safety, security, appearance, and vitality of Stockton’s historical midtown community. The Miracle Mile Community District includes all the commercial and residential properties fronting on Pacific Avenue from Alpine to Harding, and those on Harding Way from El Dorado Street to Lincoln Street.
