Sip & Shop Merchant Registration

The Miracle Mile Improvement District is sponsoring the 2019 Holiday Sip & Shop event on Saturday, November 30th (National Small Business Saturday).   Please complete the form below to confirm your intention to host a wine tasting at your establishment from 3pm-7pm (alcohol service from 3pm-6pm).  The event ticket price includes a wine glass, wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres should your business choose to provide them.  The Miracle Mile Improvement District thanks you for your support.  There will be a $75 charge per merchant location to participate which will cover your ABC one-day license (now $50) and a case of wine for your tastings.
